Okay Location, Some Issues

Location was alright and made getting around simple enough.
The city tax caught me off guard. I wish the hotel had told me before. I also wasn't happy when staff acted somewhat rude about it. They strongly suggested I get cash out instead of paying by card. It felt a bit off.

I also found numerous restaurants and cafes within a short walk of the premises. The room was clean and the bed offered comfort after a long day.

i found the location convenient for accessing public transport. termini station is very close. the room included effective air conditioning, a great feature. i also appreciated the very helpful guidance the staff offered regarding city transport. the breakfast croissants were good.
the single elevator was a little slow during peak hours.
